End user license (summary)

Controlling document. The Terms of Service (including Section 10 — Acceptable Use and Software License) govern your use of the Services and subscription software. If anything on this page conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control. This summary is not legal advice.
What we grant
Subject to your compliance with the Terms, if you obtain BrokerBridge software through a paid subscription or other channel we authorize, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and run that software for your own internal use in connection with the Services, as described in the Terms.
What you must not do
Without our prior written consent, you must not, among other things:
- Redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or publicly host the Software or our services (including mirroring or repackaging for others).
- Circumvent or disable subscription, activation, or other technical measures we use.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.
- Remove or alter proprietary notices, or use our Software to build a competing product or service.
Open-source components
Portions of our work may be distributed under open-source licenses identified in the relevant repositories. Those components remain subject to their licenses. See the License overview for how OSS and subscription terms relate at a high level.
