Send the issue, broker mode, operating system, app version, and whether this happened in SIM, paper, or live mode.

Diagnostic Bundle

Include a diagnostic bundle with redacted logs from Settings Diagnostics, /api/health, and ~/.brokerbridge/logs when available.

Redaction Required

Do not send .env files, API keys, broker credentials, account numbers, certificates, private keys, or full secrets.

Beta Troubleshooting Checklist

  • Confirm current broker mode and whether any order reached a broker.
  • Attach redacted diagnostic logs that show the error, timestamp, and request path.
  • Include proposal IDs, trade plan names, and automation run IDs when relevant.
  • For execution concerns, include broker open-order and recent-fill status without credentials or account identifiers.
