Terms of Service
Last updated: April 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BrokerBridge platform and services ("Services") provided by Young Money Investments LLC ("BrokerBridge," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
BrokerBridge provides a multi-broker trading platform that integrates with third-party brokerage services through Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools. Our platform enables users to connect their existing brokerage accounts and interact with them through AI-powered interfaces. BrokerBridge does not provide brokerage services, investment advice, or act as a broker-dealer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have valid brokerage accounts with the brokers you connect through our platform.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Risk Acknowledgment
Important Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The value of securities can fluctuate and you may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider your financial situation, experience level, and risk tolerance before trading. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
By using BrokerBridge, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Trading securities, options, futures, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment.
- Past performance of any trading strategy, AI-generated analysis, or historical data does not guarantee or predict future results.
- Market conditions can change rapidly and without warning, and positions may suffer significant losses.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of each trade before approving it.
- You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, including funds needed for essential living expenses, retirement, education, or emergency reserves.
- We strongly recommend using a paper trading (simulated) account for at least 30 days before live trading.
6. No Investment Advice
BrokerBridge Does Not Provide Investment Advice
BrokerBridge is a software tool that provides AI-generated trade analysis for educational and informational purposes only. BrokerBridge is NOT a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. BrokerBridge is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Nothing provided by BrokerBridge -- including AI-generated trade proposals, market analysis, risk assessments, or any other output -- constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any securities or other financial instruments.
All trading decisions are made solely by you. BrokerBridge provides analysis tools; you make the decisions. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or other appropriate professional before making any investment decisions.
7. AI System Limitations
BrokerBridge uses artificial intelligence (AI) systems to generate trade analysis and proposals. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated analysis can be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. AI systems are not infallible and may produce errors.
- AI trade proposals are NOT guaranteed to be accurate or profitable. No AI system can predict future market movements with certainty.
- The AI does not know your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or tax circumstances, and cannot provide personalized financial advice.
- AI models may have biases, limitations in training data, or failure modes that could produce unreliable output.
- AI-generated analysis is based on historical data and current market conditions, which may not reflect future conditions.
- You must independently verify and evaluate all AI-generated analysis before making any trading decisions.
- BrokerBridge is not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated analysis.
8. User Responsibility
You are solely and entirely responsible for:
- All trading decisions made through the BrokerBridge platform, including the decision to approve, modify, or reject any trade proposal.
- Reviewing and understanding every trade proposal before approving it, including the entry price, stop loss, target price, position size, and risk parameters.
- Setting and maintaining appropriate risk parameters for your financial situation.
- Monitoring your open positions, account balance, and margin requirements.
- Understanding the financial instruments you trade and the markets in which you trade.
- Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to your trading activity.
- Maintaining adequate capital in your brokerage account to cover potential losses.
- Ensuring your use of BrokerBridge complies with your brokerage agreement and any applicable regulations.
9. Account Size Recommendation
BrokerBridge is designed for traders who understand the risks of securities trading and have appropriate risk capital allocated for this purpose. You should only connect BrokerBridge to brokerage accounts funded with capital you can afford to lose entirely. Do not trade with money needed for essential living expenses, debt payments, retirement savings, education funds, or emergency reserves. If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation, consult a qualified financial advisor before using BrokerBridge.
10. Acceptable Use and Software License
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Use the Services to engage in market manipulation or other prohibited trading practices
Subscription software — license grant and restrictions
If you obtain BrokerBridge or related client software (the "Software") through a paid subscription, free beta access we offer, or another channel we or our payment processors authorize, then subject to applicable law we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and run the Software solely for your own internal use in connection with the Services and in accordance with these Terms and our documentation.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, you shall not: (i) copy the Software except for a reasonable backup on your own systems; (ii) distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer the Software or your access rights to any third party; (iii) publish, host, mirror, or repackage the Software or its functionality for others (including as a competing product or service); (iv) remove or alter proprietary notices, marks, or license files; (v) use the Software to build or train a competing product or service; or (vi) circumvent or disable subscription, activation, or other technical measures we employ.
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law (for example, where interoperability rights apply in your jurisdiction).
Components we distribute under an open-source license remain subject to those license terms; our branding, documentation, and any proprietary portions not expressly licensed under an open-source license remain our property. See our License page and the applicable repository for notices.

Your rights to use Software obtained through a subscription are governed by Section 10 above as well as any per-component license.
12. Third-Party Services
BrokerBridge integrates with third-party brokerages and services. The current v1 release supports IBKR (Interactive Brokers). NinjaTrader support is planned for a future release. Your use of any connected brokerage is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrokerBridge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Without limiting the foregoing, BrokerBridge shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether BrokerBridge was advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Losses resulting from AI-generated analysis that is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.
- Losses resulting from software errors, bugs, connectivity failures, or execution delays.
- Losses resulting from third-party service failures, including broker API outages or data feed interruptions.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account or credentials.
- Any action taken or not taken in reliance on information provided by the Services.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BrokerBridge and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Software Provided "As Is"
THE BROKERBRIDGE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BrokerBridge does not warrant that:

16. Tax Obligations
BrokerBridge does not provide tax advice. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting all tax obligations related to your securities trading activity, including but not limited to income taxes, capital gains taxes, and any applicable reporting requirements. Trading activity through BrokerBridge may create taxable events. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance on the tax implications of your trading activity.
17. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions, including any trading losses that may result from service unavailability.
18. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
19. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place remotely or at a mutually agreed location.
Class action waiver. You and BrokerBridge each waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction solely to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims that applicable law requires be brought in court.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Young Money Investments LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute proceeds in court, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
22. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
